INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tin Peri peri sardine flavour
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Black beans or red kidney beans
  • Charred sweet corn
  • Sliced red pepper.
  • Salsa
  • Cooked rice (lime and coriander)

METHOD

  1. Assemble the bowl with rice, sardines, sliced avo, sour cream, salsa, charred corn, beans, re peppers, top with fresh coriander and enjoy with a lime wedge.
