Looking Ahead: From Outreach to Pathways

As we look toward the 2030 global football cycle, we recognize that visibility alone is not enough. The next chapter of this journey shifts from “General Outreach” to “Elite Integration.”

• At the U/13 level, the focus was excitement and inspiration.
• At the U/17 level, the focus becomes transition building a high-performance conveyor belt that takes a talented boy from a Local Football Association pitch and places him directly into professional structures.
